No. We plan flights around your opening hours and agree take-off areas in advance. There’s no scaffolding or access equipment on site.
Can you find roof leaks?
Close visual imagery shows damage and failed areas, and thermal imaging can show trapped moisture in flat roofs under the right conditions.
Can you survey several buildings?
Yes. We use the same method at every site and deliver everything through one online portal.
Do you provide reports?
We can supply imagery for your own surveyors, or condition reports from our building surveyor.
Can you record condition at the start or end of a lease?
