Can you survey a hospital while it is operating?
Yes. We plan flights with your estates and security teams, agree take-off areas and avoid busy times and sensitive areas.
What about hospital helipads?
We coordinate with the site before flying, including any helipad operations, and only fly when it is safe to do so.
Do you capture images of patients or staff?
We plan flights to avoid capturing people and focus on roofs and building fabric. Any incidental images are handled under our data protection policy.
