Do you need access to tenants’ homes?
Not for roof and façade surveys, which are carried out from outside. Internal thermal surveys need access, but visits are short and we can work around residents.
Can you survey our whole stock?
Yes. We survey multiple properties a day using the same method at every home, and deliver everything through one portal organised by estate and property.
Can you help us respond to Awaab’s Law?
Yes. Awaab’s Law gives social landlords strict deadlines to investigate damp and mould and act on what they find. In top-floor rooms, damp often comes from the roof or gutters. Our drone surveys find these problems quickly, with no need for scaffolding, and our thermal surveys help trace the cause. You get a clear, dated record of what we found, which you can keep as evidence of your investigation.
Do you provide condition ratings?
We can add red, amber and green ratings for each element in our condition reporting, or supply imagery for your own surveyors to assess.
Are you accredited for public sector work?
