We have a policy and application process accessed from the below website address. Byelaws apply to control deployments from Park sites within our schedule and submissions for flights are made under the categories and framework within the process.

We do not permit recreational flights where bylaws and regulations allow ground restrictions, and professional applications are assessed on their individual controls and supplied credentials.

For commercial or professional flights where it is believed the use of UASs should fall into the exemption criteria, and application process is available. Applicants should address their request by e-mail to parks@leicester.gov.uk in the first instance.
